You will play a key role in project delivery, balancing both physical execution and digital project management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and execute physical build activities, including carpentry and electrical tasks, in line with project requirements and safety standards.
2. Utilize advanced laser and digital measurement tools to ensure precision during installations and construction work.
3. Document daily progress, site conditions, and completed work using industry-leading project management platforms such as Procore and Buildertrend.
4. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and team members via mobile and cloud-based communication tools, ensuring seamless project flow.
5. Maintain a professional client presence, representing our customer’s team with integrity and technical excellence.
6. Monitor project timelines, identifying and proactively addressing challenges or delays to keep projects on track.
7. Contribute expert knowledge to problem-solving and continuous process improvement on remote job sites.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Valid Trade Certification or License in a related skilled trade (e.g., Carpentry, Electrical).
2. Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) for documenting and tracking project progress.
3. Experience in operating laser and digital measurement tools to achieve high-accuracy results.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and client interaction.
5. Professional client presence and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders remotely.
6. Demonstrated ability to independently execute, monitor, and report on physical construction tasks.
7. Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience working as a site foreman or skilled trades assistant in a remote or multi-site environment.
2. Advanced certifications or training in construction management or safety protocols.
3. Experience working directly with clients and subcontractors via cloud-based platforms.
