As a Welsh Language Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping content, supporting language initiatives, and fostering clear communication across projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, proofread, and translate high-quality Welsh language materials for a variety of digital and print platforms.
  • Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and consistency in all communications and content.
  • Support customer’s team in executing Welsh language initiatives, campaigns, and documentation.
  • Advise and consult on best practices for Welsh language use, terminology, and tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Welsh language requirements into workflows and deliverables.
  • Provide training, guidance, and feedback to colleagues on Welsh language standards and usage.
  • Monitor evolving language trends and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Native proficiency in Welsh, with outstanding command of written and spoken communication.
  • Proven experience in translation, localization, editing, or content creation in a professional context.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to linguistic excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team.
