Join our customer's team as a Fundraising Specialist – AI Trainer and bring your expertise to the world of artificial intelligence. This unique opportunity lets you shape the next generation of AI by sharing your real-world fundraising experience, ensuring smarter and more authentic technologies for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document comprehensive fundraising workflows, strategies, and key tasks drawn from your professional background.
  • Create, review, and annotate fundraising prompts to help AI learn donor engagement, grant writing, and campaign planning best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and reviewers to maintain content accuracy and high professional standards.
  • Offer actionable feedback to enhance how AI represents and executes fundraising work.
  • Translate complex fundraising concepts into clear, instructive content for AI training.
  • Leverage your hands-on experience with donor pipelines, outreach campaigns, and partnerships to inform AI capabilities.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal project interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or grant writing.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling donor communications, funding proposals, or sponsorship materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with leading CRM platforms such as Salesforce, DonorPerfect, Raiser's Edge, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing donor pipelines, conducting outreach, or fostering community partnerships.
  • Independent work ethic and ability to thrive in a fully remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in securing major gifts, recurring donations, or significant grants.
  • Experience with fundraising analytics, donor segmentation, or strategic development planning.
  • Familiarity with AI, data labeling, or digital content documentation considered a plus.
