Job Title: Fullstack Engineer-GEN AI


Job Type: Contractor


Location: Remote


Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and scalable middleware to support advanced AI-driven applications.

• Design and implement user-friendly admin portals, operational dashboards, and configuration tools to streamline platform management.

• Integrate with Digital Sharjah platforms and shared components, ensuring seamless interoperability.

• Support the deployment and orchestration of AI agents, optimizing runtime environments for performance and reliability.

• Ensure platform stability by establishing comprehensive monitoring, logging, and operational readiness procedures.

• Collaborate closely with our AI Engineer to seamlessly embed Gen AI capabilities into the platform stack.

• Drive continuous improvement across application and integration layers to support evolving AI product needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, including at least 1 year working with Gen AI technologies.

• Deep expertise in designing and developing REST APIs and integrating complex middleware architectures.

• Proven track record implementing full-stack solutions, including both backend and frontend components.

• Advanced experience with API integrations and cloud-based service orchestration.

• Strong background in platform reliability, monitoring, and operational tooling.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building digital platforms for government or enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with the Digital Sharjah ecosystem or similar large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Passion for collaborating with AI-focused teams to drive platform innovations.
