Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live, 1-hour technical interviews focused on challenging Swift algorithmic problems, ensuring an insightful and thorough assessment process.
- Evaluate and analyze candidate solutions, emphasizing code logic, efficiency, and technical soundness.
- Classify interview sessions according to algorithmic complexity, utilizing advanced knowledge of data structures, recursion, and dynamic programming.
- Produce clear, comprehensive written analyses (“trajectories”) detailing problem-solving approaches, strengths, and areas for growth.
- Collaborate closely with the AI training team to provide actionable feedback that fuels ongoing improvements to AI model accuracy and reliability.
- Deliver precise and constructive technical feedback through both written and verbal communication, upholding the highest standards of clarity and professionalism.
- Adhere to established evaluation frameworks and consistently meet project deadlines to ensure workflow continuity and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated mastery of Swift, proven through substantial experience in production-level software engineering roles.
- Advanced proficiency with LeetCode, particularly in solving and articulating solutions to Medium-level algorithmic problems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline.
- Minimum of 2+ years' professional software engineering experience with a significant focus on Swift.
- Outstanding command of English, with a proven record of clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Skilled in explaining and analyzing algorithmic trade-offs and complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing or administering technical interviews or coding challenges.
- Background in AI model testing, evaluation, or research-driven environments.
- Contributions to open-source Swift projects or active participation in prominent technical communities.
