Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and annotate accounting data with precision, focusing on US GAAP standards and journal entries.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to provide expert insights into audit practices and financial reporting requirements.
- Train AI models by identifying discrepancies, validating outputs, and refining algorithmic approaches to accounting tasks.
- Develop comprehensive guidelines to ensure data integrity, audit accuracy, and compliance in AI-generated outputs.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback on AI performance using written and verbal communication skills.
- Stay current with industry developments in accounting standards and AI applications within audit functions.
- Assist in documenting best practices and knowledge-sharing resources for continuous AI improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in US GAAP and journal entry preparation, analysis, and review.
- Strong background in audit processes from a public accounting firm or corporate environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience interpreting complex financial transactions and supporting documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Comfort with digital tools, cloud platforms, and data annotation systems.
