Key Responsibilities

  1. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage disorders of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves, with a focus on nonsurgical interventions.
  2. Provide expert consultation on neurological cases for the advancement of AI models and training datasets.
  3. Interpret neurological assessments, imaging, and lab results to inform case analysis and AI data input.
  4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and best practices in written and verbal formats.
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-driven healthcare solutions by validating medical data and protocols.
  6. Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and case notes to support high-quality data standards.
  7. Offer guidance and mentorship to team members in neurological knowledge and patient care considerations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Medical degree (MD or DO) with board certification in Neurology.
  2. Current medical license with eligibility to practice.
  3. Experience diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of neurological disorders in both adult and/or pediatric populations.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, especially in interpreting complex clinical data.
  6. Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a remote, technology-driven setting.
  7. Proficiency with digital health records and telemedicine platforms.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Previous involvement in AI, machine learning, or clinical data annotation projects.
  2. Experience contributing to research, clinical trials, or innovative healthcare technologies.
  3. Academic or teaching background in neurology or related medical education initiatives.
