Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Private Equity Associate and play a pivotal role in evaluating, structuring, and executing investments in dynamic, growth-focused environments. You’ll leverage your analytical expertise and financial acumen to drive key investment decisions while collaborating remotely with a high-caliber team. This role is ideal for talented professionals who excel at building financial models and communicating complex ideas clearly both in writing and verbally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities through rigorous market research and analysis.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine detailed financial models to support investment theses.
  • Participate in due diligence activities, including industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and risk assessments.
  • Prepare and present investment memoranda and other materials to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate deal execution and post-investment monitoring.
  • Track portfolio performance, generating concise updates and recommendations for improvements.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making by synthesizing data-driven insights and market intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking.
  • Proven expertise in developing and analyzing comprehensive financial models.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Results-driven mindset with impeccable problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-border or international investment transactions.
  • Exposure to portfolio management or value creation initiatives.
  • CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
