Job Title: Trading / Hedge Funds – AI Trainer

Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Trading / Hedge Funds – AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-driven financial solutions. Leverage your deep expertise in hedge fund operations and quantitative analysis to train and refine state-of-the-art AI models for complex trading environments. This unique opportunity allows you to impact the fintech sector while working alongside industry innovators in a fully remote capacity.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Guide AI model development by providing subject matter expertise on hedge fund operations, trade lifecycle, and risk management.
  2. Translate complex financial processes—including reconciliation, NAV calculation, and settlements—into structured workflows for AI learning.
  3. Curate, annotate, and review financial datasets to improve AI accuracy and relevance.
  4. Identify and document operational risk scenarios and compliance protocols for AI integration.
  5. Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and project managers to align AI outputs with real-world trading requirements.
  6. Continuously monitor model performance and suggest enhancements based on evolving industry standards.
  7. Deliver clear, insightful written and verbal feedback to cross-functional teams to foster ongoing learning and development.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in hedge fund operations, fund administration, trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, NAV, and settlement processes.
  2. Proven track record at well-recognized hedge funds or financial institutions.
  3. Exceptional quantitative analysis and risk management abilities.
  4. Demonstrated expertise in operational risk, compliance, and middle office procedures.
  5. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and documentation.
  6. Passion for improving and training AI systems within complex financial contexts.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Relevant certifications, such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA.
  2. Experience supporting AI model training or data projects in a financial environment.
  3. Advanced proficiency in financial technology platforms and tools.
