Job Summary:

Join our team as a SAP FI/CO Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Steer the SAP FICO workstream within S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring seamless alignment with client financial processes.
2. Configure SAP FICO modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling to optimize business operations.
3. Facilitate client workshops, conduct requirements gathering sessions, and execute FIT-GAP analysis to tailor solutions to client needs.
4. Develop comprehensive functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for WRICEF development.
5. Lead testing phases, including SIT and UAT, and support data migration and cutover activities for successful project delivery.
6. Ensure robust cross-module integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
7. Champion the adoption of SAP Activate and Fit-to-Standard methodologies, and deliver effective post-go-live support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. 7–10 years of SAP experience, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
2. Extensive hands-on SAP FICO configuration and proven business process design expertise.
3. Strong knowledge of Universal Journal, Financial Closing Cockpit, and S/4HANA reporting tools.
4. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery models.
5. Experience with cross-module integrations involving MM, SD, and PP.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for stakeholder engagement.
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields (B.Com, B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification (required).
2. SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level) certification (preferred).
3. Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is highly advantageous.
