Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Data Entry Keyer and play a pivotal role in enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of data-driven processes. As a key contributor, you will simulate real-world data processing tasks, ensuring high-quality structured data entry and robust record management. Your expertise will directly support the development of advanced AI systems that rely on pristine, standardized information across diverse business workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, verify, and update large volumes of data into databases and digital platforms.
- Transcribe documents and standardize information according to specified guidelines and formats.
- Simulate domain-specific data processing scenarios to support the training of AI and automation systems.
- Perform detailed data accuracy checks and flag inconsistencies or discrepancies for resolution.
- Maintain and organize recordkeeping systems to ensure comprehensive and accessible documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the team to optimize document management processes and simulate workflow improvements.
- Adhere to data privacy and security standards in all tasks and record handling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with data entry, document transcription, and digital record management.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow complex instructions and provide clear feedback.
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining data integrity and consistency across high-volume workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with a variety of business systems and database technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience contributing to AI data training projects or process automation environments.
- Background in simulating business document workflows or structured data formatting.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and security best practices for data handling.
