Job Title: Project Manager-Agile

Job Summary:
We are seeking an expert Project Manager-Agile to join our team and lead multiple concurrent custom software initiatives within complex enterprise or government environments. You will take full ownership across end-to-end project delivery, foster agile best practices, and drive excellence across a diverse technology landscape. This is a pivotal role for those passionate about digital transformation and building high-performing, collaborative teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full project lifecycle, from intake and discovery through planning, execution, release, and post-production support.
- Simultaneously manage multiple digital projects and programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Lead Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models, tailoring your approach to project requirements and organizational needs.
- Establish and drive robust delivery governance, including RAID logs, KPIs, dashboards, and steering committee reporting.
- Engage and manage stakeholders across business, IT, architecture, DevOps, security, and external vendors.
- Oversee vendor performance with clear SLAs, milestones, and escalation models, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Champion quality-first delivery, including maintaining clear definitions of done, rigorous testing, and thorough release readiness.
- Utilize Azure DevOps and/or Jira to manage backlogs, metrics, traceability, and transparent reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8–15+ years' experience in Project, Delivery, or Programme Management, with a strong focus on custom software delivery (not ERP/CRM).
- Minimum 7 years in Agile custom software development delivery, including full Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
- Proven success managing multiple projects or programs in parallel within enterprise or government settings.
- Hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitLab (multi-tool exposure a plus).
- Experience leading teams of at least 5 members on projects lasting 6+ months.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification strongly preferred (PRINCE2 Practitioner acceptable).
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Experience with hybrid Agile–Waterfall delivery models and vendor-led initiatives.
