Leverage your expertise in business operations to design and improve AI training processes, create high-impact rubrics, and ensure optimal model performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine comprehensive operational strategies, translating business objectives into actionable AI training guidelines.
  • Design, review, and enhance process improvement frameworks to drive operational efficiency within AI model training.
  • Create detailed rubrics and evaluation criteria for AI models using your expertise in business analysis and project management.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align AI training initiatives with the organization’s strategic vision.
  • Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and recommend evidence-based improvements for both AI models and operational workflows.
  • Produce clear, impactful documentation and communications for cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Champion best practices in business operations throughout the AI model development lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business operations, strategic project management, or COO support functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—clarity and precision are a must.
  • Ability to synthesize complex business concepts into actionable AI training data and rubrics.
  • Demonstrated experience aligning stakeholders and facilitating executive-level communication.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and acting on performance data in a business context.
