Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer to join our customer's team in an AI training project. This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your legal expertise to develop AI models while collaborating with cross-functional specialists in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth legal research, case analysis, and statutory interpretation to support AI training content.
- Draft, review, and edit contracts, legal briefs, opinions, and other legal documents with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
- Analyze regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide comprehensive litigation support and case analysis for advisory and contentious matters.
- Translate complex legal concepts into clear, structured explanations for AI system training.
- Collaborate with legal and technical experts to improve processes and outputs.
- Prepare detailed reports and deliver insights for internal stakeholders and project teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, with a strong focus on legal research and case analysis.
- Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, and briefs.
- Ability to analyze complex regulations and ensure strict compliance requirements are met.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in independent work and critical thinking in a remote setting.
- Experience in report writing, document review, and negotiation.
- Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and SEO-oriented content structuring.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting litigation or legal advisory projects, especially in multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Prior involvement with AI training, legal technology, or innovative legal projects.
- Proven ability to simplify and structure complex legal concepts for diverse audiences.
