Job Description
Job Title: React Native Developer
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
Job Summary: As a React Native Developer, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level feedback and insight on complex React Native applications and workflows.
- Evaluate, review, and annotate sample code, design patterns, and best practices within mobile development.
- Identify and document challenges specific to cross-platform mobile development using React Native.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems by supplying high-quality, detailed examples and explanations.
- Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to deliver actionable insights on user experience and UI/UX patterns.
- Participate in structured discussions to articulate technical rationale both in writing and verbally.
- Maintain high standards of communication to ensure clarity and accuracy in technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency with React Native and associated ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and mobile application architecture.
- Proven track record of building and scaling mobile apps for iOS and Android.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with an emphasis on articulating complex concepts clearly.
- Experience debugging and optimizing React Native applications for performance and scalability.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality contributions in a remote team setting.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to code quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with AI, ML, or data annotation projects.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and modern state management libraries (Redux, MobX, etc.).
- Open source contributions or published technical articles in the mobile development field.
