Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Google Calendar - User/Specialist and bring your expertise in time management tools to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As an expert user, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining daily scheduling operations and ensuring seamless calendar coordination across remote team members. Your organizational skills and communication proficiency will directly contribute to the team's productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently manage and update Google Calendar events for team members and leadership.
  2. Coordinate scheduling across multiple stakeholders, ensuring minimal conflicts and maximum efficiency.
  3. Monitor and adjust recurring events, reminders, and invitations as required.
  4. Facilitate clear communication of schedules and event updates to all relevant parties using written and verbal channels.
  5. Assist with integrating Google Calendar with other productivity apps and tools to streamline workflow.
  6. Troubleshoot basic issues related to Google Calendar functionality and provide user guidance when necessary.
  7. Support the team in maintaining calendar organization and clarity, contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
