Key Responsibilities
- Design, model, and render high-quality 3D assets using 3DS Max for AI-driven applications and research projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with researchers, engineers, and designers to translate conceptual ideas into compelling 3D visualizations.
- Refine and optimize assets for performance, scalability, and visual impact within real-time environments.
- Participate in regular design reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback to uphold our quality standards.
- Develop and maintain efficient 3D workflows, ensuring consistency and alignment with project goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in 3D modeling, integrating new tools and techniques to enhance our creative output.
- Document processes, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven mastery of 3DS Max, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse 3D assets and environments for digital or interactive platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and technical details effectively.
- Experience collaborating remotely with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail, time management, and organization in meeting project milestones.
- Comfort with feedback-driven iteration and a growth mindset toward skill development.
- Passion for innovation at the intersection of AI and digital artistry.
Preferred Qualifications
