Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a dedicated Social Worker, specializing in child, family, and school support. You will play a key role in fostering safe, healthy environments for children and families, leveraging trauma-informed care and social advocacy to drive positive outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and intervention for children and families navigating crisis, trauma, or complex life circumstances.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess social, emotional, and environmental factors impacting children and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care and support plans with a focus on trauma-informed approaches.
  • Advocate for clients within schools, community organizations, and governmental agencies to secure essential resources and services.
  • Facilitate family meetings, case conferences, and referrals to specialized support systems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and case notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to initiatives shaping empathetic, AI-driven language and solutions for sensitive cases.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children, families, and schools in diverse, multidisciplinary settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Strong understanding of family dynamics, child welfare systems, and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Expertise in crisis intervention, assessment, and case management.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and remote service delivery platforms.
  • Commitment to social justice, advocacy, and continuous professional development.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensure as a Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent).
  • Experience guiding or training others in empathetic language generation for AI or technology-assisted support systems.
  • Background in school social work and navigating multi-agency support networks.
