Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and evaluate AI models, focusing on frontend design and user experience.
• Design, code, and review React-based user interfaces that facilitate effective AI training workflows.
• Apply design principles and language proficiency to develop high-quality, intuitive training datasets and materials.
• Participate in both written and verbal communications to deliver feedback and insights to improve AI system capabilities.
• Identify and address issues in AI performance from a frontend engineering perspective, ensuring practical implementation of solutions.
• Document processes and results to contribute to collective knowledge and best practices within the customer's team.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and frontend technologies to inform training strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency with React and modern frontend development frameworks.
• Exceptional coding abilities with a strong grasp of design principles and user experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality, maintainable code in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills in complex technical projects.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as an AI trainer or in AI/ML-driven projects.
• Background in developing or refining training data for machine learning applications.
• Portfolio of impactful frontend projects emphasizing design and usability.
