Job Description

Job Title: HCM Technical Developer


Job Type: Contractor


Location: Remote


Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Work on Oracle HCM implementation and support activities.
  2. Develop and customize Oracle HCM components, reports, and integrations.
  3. Support modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
  4. Create and maintain BI Reports, OTBI reports, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, and integrations.
  5. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and provide timely resolution.
  6. Coordinate with business users for requirement gathering and issue analysis.
  7. Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  8. Prepare technical documentation and support documents.

Required Skills

  1. 3–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM development and support.
  2. Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  3. Experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, and integrations.
  4. Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP/REST APIs.
  5. Experience in implementation and production support projects.
  6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
