Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for AI training initiatives, guiding the development and implementation of AI-driven sales solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for both AI systems and sales team members.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with technical expertise tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver dynamic training sessions and documentation for AI-powered sales tools.
- Analyze market feedback to refine sales strategies and inform AI training data.
- Foster strong communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience selling business goods or services requiring in-depth technical knowledge.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
- Prior experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Engineer, or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to convey technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
