Job Summary:

Join our team as an Expert Recruiter - Legal and play a pivotal role in shaping a world-class legal recruitment function. We are looking for a legal professional—lawyer, attorney, paralegal, or specialist—who is passionate about matching exceptional legal talent to business needs. No prior recruitment experience is required, but a solid background in the legal domain and a drive to deliver results are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your deep legal expertise to identify, engage, and assess top legal professionals fit for a variety of roles.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their unique hiring needs and provide consultative guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive and continuously refine recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and a seamless candidate experience.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to track recruiting metrics, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate clearly—both written and verbally—with stakeholders, candidates, and team members, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, maintaining a high sense of urgency and prioritizing effectively.
  • Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance overall recruitment outcomes and support the team's ambitious goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven background in law—such as a lawyer, attorney, paralegal, or legal domain specialist.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build strong partnerships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities—clear, concise, and persuasive.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of urgency, resilience, and a grinder mentality to see projects through to completion.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Ambitious, resourceful, and eager to make a measurable impact within a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-growth or start-up legal environment.
  • Exposure to talent acquisition or recruitment, though not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities and drive change.
