Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your experience in accommodating guests by registering, assigning rooms, and issuing keys or cards.
- Transmit and receive guest messages, ensuring timely and accurate communication across multiple platforms.
- Maintain meticulous records of room occupancy, guest accounts, and reservation details using digital tools.
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out process, including presenting statements and collecting payments from departing guests.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to share real-world insights, best practices, and hospitality scenarios for training purposes.
- Contribute to creating data sets and training materials that reflect authentic guest interactions and operational workflows.
