Join our customer's team as a Hotel, Motel, and Resort Desk Clerk, where your expertise in guest services and front desk operations will help train cutting-edge AI models. This unique role goes beyond traditional front desk duties, empowering you to shape the future of hospitality through technology, while working remotely in a dynamic and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Leverage your experience in accommodating guests by registering, assigning rooms, and issuing keys or cards.
  2. Transmit and receive guest messages, ensuring timely and accurate communication across multiple platforms.
  3. Maintain meticulous records of room occupancy, guest accounts, and reservation details using digital tools.
  4. Facilitate the check-in and check-out process, including presenting statements and collecting payments from departing guests.
  5. Provide outstanding customer service and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  6. Collaborate with AI development teams to share real-world insights, best practices, and hospitality scenarios for training purposes.
  7. Contribute to creating data sets and training materials that reflect authentic guest interactions and operational workflows.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven background in hotel, motel, or resort front desk operations and guest services.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  4. Proficiency in using front desk systems, booking platforms, and administrative software.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, empathetic approach, and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
  6. Analytical mindset and administrative accuracy, with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
  7. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional project teams.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience training or mentoring staff in front desk or guest services roles.
  2. Familiarity with AI, tech platforms, or participation in technology-driven projects.
  3. Contributions to process documentation, training guides, or operational knowledge bases.
