Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Product Manager - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-driven products. In this dynamic, part-time remote position, you will leverage your expertise in product management to create impactful prompts and lead the full prompt engineering lifecycle for AI training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and manage the end-to-end prompt creation cycle, from ideation to validation and iteration.
2. Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to identify training needs and develop optimal AI training strategies.
3. Design, author, and refine high-quality prompts that drive robust AI model performance and accuracy.
4. Analyze AI model outputs, gather feedback, and iterate prompts to maximize learning efficacy.
5. Document workflows, methodologies, and insights to build a scalable prompt library.
6. Ensure timely delivery of prompt training projects and communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders.
7. Champion best practices in AI training, prompt engineering, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven experience in product management, preferably within AI, machine learning, or prompt engineering environments.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for clarity and detail.
3. Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting AI outputs and identifying optimization opportunities.
4. Hands-on experience creating, testing, and refining prompts for AI models.
5. Comfort working asynchronously within distributed, remote teams.
