Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly through compelling written and verbal communication.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our product experiences.
• Champion user empathy and advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain design choices to non-design stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts.
• Background in accessibility best practices.
