Job Summary:
Join the customer’s team as a Data Annotation Specialist and immerse yourself in the forefront of robotics innovation. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of robotics by meticulously annotating robotic arm actions and enriching advanced data pipelines—all from the comfort of your remote workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze video footage of advanced robotics systems and create detailed, timestamped annotations from the robot's first-person perspective.
- Document the robot’s internal reasoning, clearly and precisely describing both actions and environmental observations.
- Collaborate with the customer’s team to ensure annotation accuracy and adherence to project protocols.
- Contribute to the development of a ‘text → 3D model → action’ pipeline that powers AI-driven robotics behaviors.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, capturing nuanced robotic movements and context.
- Offer constructive feedback on annotation tools and workflows to boost efficiency and output quality.
- Work independently, managing your time effectively to meet project deliverables and stringent quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring comprehensive capture of robotic behaviors and environments.
- Ability to write with clarity and accuracy from the robot's perspective.
- Proficiency with video review and digital annotation platforms.
- Self-motivated and reliable, thriving in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and time management for optimal workflow execution.
- General experience in data annotation; robotics expertise is not a prerequisite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with 3D modeling concepts and annotation tools.
- Prior experience with timestamped video annotation or labeling projects.
- Background in STEM, or exposure to robotics, AI, or machine learning fields.
