Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Prompt Engineer, where you'll harness your expertise to craft, refine, and optimize prompts for advanced AI systems. You will work collaboratively to design solutions that push the boundaries of language model capabilities, directly impacting product quality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize prompts for various AI and language model applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand use case requirements and translate them into impactful prompt strategies.
• Analyze prompt performance and iterate based on data-driven feedback.
• Document prompt engineering methodologies and best practices for ongoing team development.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in prompt engineering and generative AI tools.
• Provide clear written and verbal communication of findings, recommendations, and technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the cultivation of a knowledge-sharing culture within the customer's team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for language models (e.g., GPT, LLMs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities within AI contexts.
• Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate prompt solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and experimentation.
• Self-motivated with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating across distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications
