Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Oracle EPM Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of multiple Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on project management, and business development, offering the opportunity to shape transformative EPM solutions within a dynamic hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and nurture strategic client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on EPM solutions.
3. Oversee requirements gathering, system architecture, and implementation across Oracle EPM modules such as Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, and more.
4. Drive business development in collaboration with presales teams, including solution design and effort estimation.
5. Deliver executive-level presentations and status updates to stakeholders, highlighting project achievements and addressing challenges.
6. Manage and mentor project teams, supporting professional growth through training, performance evaluations, and regular team meetings.
7. Promote continuous improvement by ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.
2. Over 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM and Oracle Cloud solutions.
3. Expertise across at least 5 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
4. Proven leadership experience managing project teams and resources effectively.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex solutions to executives and stakeholders.
6. Strong business development acumen, including involvement in presales and strategic planning.
7. Advanced problem-solving, negotiation, and client management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional certifications in Oracle EPM or related cloud technologies.
2. Experience in large-scale, multinational Oracle EPM deployments.
3. Exposure to emerging EPM tools and methodologies.
