Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Service Dispatcher – AI Trainer and directly impact the next generation of artificial intelligence tools. Leverage your expertise in scheduling and coordinating field operations to teach AI systems the nuances of real-world dispatch workflows. Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while shaping technology that supports vital industries such as transportation, field services, utilities, and logistics.


Key Responsibilities:

• Share in-depth insights into daily dispatcher responsibilities, including work order management, field staff scheduling, and coordination activities.

• Assess and annotate AI-generated outputs to ensure their accuracy and relevance for dispatcher tasks.

• Create authentic dispatcher communications, call logs, and workflow documents to enhance training datasets.

• Collaborate on refining training data and defining evaluation criteria for AI systems handling dispatch-related tasks.

• Keep abreast of evolving dispatch technologies and industry best practices.

• Clearly document procedures and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI models and training content.

• Help ensure AI systems reflect the current realities and demands of dispatcher roles.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a dispatcher or scheduling coordinator role (e.g., field services, fleet management, logistics).

• Deep familiarity with work order systems, routing, service logistics, or customer coordination.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain dispatcher workflows and operational decisions.

• Practical experience using dispatching software, radios, phones, and ticketing platforms.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with an ability to identify workflow errors or inconsistencies.

• Passion for improving processes and ensuring high-quality, real-world AI training.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in training, creating SOPs, or providing system/process feedback.

• Experience with tools such as Dr. Dispatch, SAP, TMW, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Prior experience in customer service, operations, or service logistics settings.
