Key Responsibilities:

1. Install a range of external insulation systems on building exteriors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
2. Prepare building surfaces for insulation application, including cleaning, priming, and performing minor repairs as necessary.
3. Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials accurately to building walls and structural features.
4. Apply adhesives, fixings, and renders according to manufacturer instructions and safety protocols.
5. Collaborate with team members and site managers to ensure efficient project workflow and timely completion.
6. Conduct routine inspections of completed installations to ensure durability and compliance with building codes.
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout each project phase.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as an External Insulation Installer working on building façades.
2. Strong knowledge of external insulation systems and current installation best practices.
3. Ability to read, interpret, and follow basic installation instructions and construction drawings.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
5. Physical fitness and ability to perform work on building exteriors, sometimes at height or in varying weather conditions.
6. Problem-solving mentality with a proactive and collaborative approach to challenges.
7. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to site regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with a variety of insulation materials (EPS, mineral wool, etc.).
2. Previous work on large-scale or commercial building projects.
3. Relevant industry certifications or vocational training in façade or insulation installation.
