Job Summary:
The Casino Operations Manager will serve as the key executive overseeing day-to-day private-side casino functions at Dragon Royale, working directly with the Board of Directors. This dynamic leadership role is responsible for delivering 6-star guest experiences, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and ensuring seamless coordination between all operational departments to uphold our world-class standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive premium guest experiences by implementing high-touch service models and maintaining all non-gaming property standards.
• Serve as primary liaison with PAGCOR, ensuring full regulatory and AMLA compliance across reporting, processes, and operational standards.
• Lead the oversight, stability, and optimization of the Casino Management System (CMS) and all supporting IT infrastructure.
• Champion internal leadership by fostering team discipline, delivering daily coaching, and building a culture of accountability and service excellence.
• Oversee restaurant, vendor, and service provider performance to meet SLAs and uphold property standards.
• Direct non-digital marketing, player engagement, and VIP development programs to drive revenue and retention.
• Maintain asset integrity, facility readiness, and ensure rapid response to maintenance, safety, and guest issues.
• Oversee all finance functions, including budgeting, reporting, audit coordination, and financial compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 5–8 years of leadership experience in casino operations, ideally within integrated resort or premium gaming settings.
• Expert knowledge of PAGCOR regulation, AMLA protocols, and casino compliance frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communicator; proven ability to negotiate, influence, and liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience with CMS oversight, IT infrastructure, and operational technology in hospitality or gaming.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills; highly decisive and detail-oriented.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, player retention, and revenue impact.
• Experience managing multiple vendors, contractors, and outsourced service partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in both gaming and hospitality operations within a regulated market.
• Track record of successful collaboration with PAGCOR and internal Board-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced, 6-star service environment.
