Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of clinical procedures, surgeries, and treatments to ensure efficient patient care and workflow.
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms according to stringent clinical standards.
- Manage confidential patient records, including medical histories and treatment documentation, ensuring accuracy and privacy at all times.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to support long-term dental health.
- Strictly adhere to infection control protocols and uphold the highest standards of clinical safety and cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage dental supply inventories, coordinating procurement as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide empathetic patient support, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication throughout each patient interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Dental Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Active PRC License (Registered Nurse)
- Valid SCFHS License or willingness to obtain one if required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, sterilization processes, and chairside assistance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a caring, patient-centered approach.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and adherence to clinical best practices.
- Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in multicultural or international healthcare teams.
- Additional certifications in dental nursing or related fields.
