Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and refine multilingual datasets to train AI models for improved linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Assess and provide feedback on AI-generated outputs to ensure high-quality and contextually appropriate responses.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to optimize AI training processes.
- Translate, annotate, and curate data across multiple languages as required by project objectives.
- Document linguistic nuances and insights to improve AI system performance.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to maintain excellence in AI outputs.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in at least two languages, with exceptional command of written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated experience in linguistic, translation, or content moderation roles.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in evaluating language data for accuracy and relevance.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
- Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience training AI or working directly with machine learning data sets.
