Key Responsibilities:

• Source and curate credible financial documents, including reports, compliance guidelines, and customer communications.
• Design and author realistic financial scenarios and queries to simulate industry workflows.
• Assess and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, adherence to regulatory standards, and professional language.
• Deliver actionable feedback to enhance AI training materials, ensuring continuous improvement in quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to identify content gaps and optimize training datasets.
• Maintain meticulous records of evaluations and contribute to best practices for AI content review.
• Ensure all data handling and content review processes align with financial industry compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking, investment, accounting, or financial advisory roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, demonstrating a keen eye for clarity and professionalism.
• Deep understanding of financial industry processes, documentation standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• High attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy in reviewing and verifying information.
• Strong compliance awareness, especially regarding documentation and communication in financial services.
• Ability to adapt complex financial concepts for AI understanding and training purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in AI training, content evaluation, or data annotation roles.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, especially in the context of natural language processing for financial services.
