Job Title: AI Model Assessment Specialist

Job Summary:
As a AI Model Assessment Specialist, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and critique the performance and accuracy of AI-generated content across various domains.
- Deliver detailed, constructive feedback to inform AI model improvements and refinements.
- Analyze complex datasets and assess model outputs for clarity, factual correctness, and alignment with project goals.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and subtle nuances in AI-generated responses using high-level reading comprehension and keen observation.
- Collaborate with team members by communicating findings and insights clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Contribute user-level expertise by simulating real-life scenarios or tasks to gauge model utility and effectiveness.
- Uphold quality assurance standards to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the assessment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native English level is required (C1, C2)
- Demonstrated high-level reading comprehension and analytical thinking abilities.
- Keen eye for detail, capable of nuanced observation and recognizing subtle distinctions.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback based on subject matter expertise.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills in a remote work environment.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and willingness to learn new platforms as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Design, editorial work, research, or similar analytical fields.
- Background in AI assessment, data annotation, or technology evaluation projects.
- Demonstrated "good taste" and refined judgment in evaluating quality across different types of content.
