As an integral part of our customer support department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • At least High School Graduate with or without BPO Experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule.
  • Amenable to work on-site.
