Job Summary:

Join our team as a SAP Basis Consultant and play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our SAP landscape. You'll leverage your expertise to deliver industry-leading SAP solutions, drive cloud migration initiatives, and ensure a seamless, efficient experience for our users. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work on advanced SAP and cloud technologies while mentoring junior professionals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the SAP team to maintain a stable and performant SAP landscape, implementing industry best practices.
2. Execute SAP system builds, refreshes, upgrades, and provide hands-on support for system lifecycle activities.
3. Handle support requests and troubleshoot incidents within defined SLAs to ensure system reliability.
4. Lead SAP workload migrations to Microsoft Azure, covering both Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
5. Integrate authentication technologies and ensure seamless cloud user experiences.
6. Administer technical landscapes including S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, and facilitate SAP cloud integrations.
7. Mentor and coach junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 SAP S/4 HANA implementations and proven experience with SAP Basis Administration.
2. Strong experience in cloud migrations and hands-on expertise in Azure technologies.
3. Expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and managing cloud environments.
4. Knowledge of SAP SaaS products, cloud configurations, and Fiori/S/4 HANA administration.
5. Practical understanding of DevOps in the cloud and SAP Change and Transport Management.
6. Proficiency in SAP integration with SaaS providers and understanding of SAP Security, Network, and Mobility.
7. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certifications in Azure and SAP S/4 HANA.
2. Prior experience in Agile Scrum environments and implementing cloud-based DevOps solutions.
3. B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA degree with 4 – 6.11 years of IT experience in the SAP domain, strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
