Job Title: RunOps Support – Platform and Infra


Location: India (Hybrid – Hyderabad, Pune, New Delhi)


Experience Levels: Junior / Mid / Lead (10–15 years)


Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary:

We are looking for RunOps Support Engineers to join our Platform and Infra team For future opportunities to supporting day-to-day operations across a large-scale distributed infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring uptime, managing deployments, and troubleshooting production issues across cloud-native services, with a specific focus on AWS, Kubernetes, Databricks, GitLab, and Flask REST APIs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Support and automate CI/CD processes via GitLab pipelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering and SRE teams to respond to incidents and root cause analysis.
  • Manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, and container lifecycle.
  • Support and debug Flask REST APIs and backend systems running in production.
  • Contribute to runbooks and operational documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and production issue triage (for mid and lead levels).
  • Drive automation and improvements in infrastructure reliability and scalability (lead level).


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AWS services, with hands-on production support experience.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes operations and container lifecycle.
  • Experience using Databricks in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and version control practices.
  • Experience working with Flask REST APIs (debugging and support).
  • Solid troubleshooting, monitoring, and alerting skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
