Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Full-Stack Application - AI trainer and play a pivotal role in advancing enterprise-grade, AI-assisted application development. You will harness your expertise in full-stack technologies, AI evaluation, and business-process definition to shape high-quality datasets and frameworks that improve software automation and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, evaluate, and improve enterprise-scale full-stack applications to support AI-assisted app generation.
  2. Design and implement technical rubrics and benchmarking processes for AI code assessment using large language models (LLMs).
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business workflows and realistic user requirements during dataset creation.
  4. Analyze application performance and AI-generated outputs, providing actionable feedback for continuous system improvement.
  5. Document and communicate complex technical concepts, best practices, and evaluation results clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Identify and prioritize opportunities for enhancing AI effectiveness in enterprise application scenarios.
  7. Contribute to the development of standards and guidelines for scalable, high-quality AI training within product engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Senior-level experience in full-stack enterprise application development (front-end, back-end, databases, APIs).
  2. Demonstrated ability to design, evaluate, and benchmark AI-assisted coding solutions and workflows.
  3. In-depth knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their application in software development contexts.
  4. Experience in technical rubric design and building robust benchmarking frameworks.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical insights into actionable guidance.
  6. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in business-process mapping or product consulting for enterprise applications.
  7. Proven track record of collaborating within cross-functional teams in remote, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Background in product consulting, business-process analysis, or requirements gathering for enterprise solutions.
  2. Experience with AI training dataset design for software automation or application generators.
  3. Familiarity with industry-standard enterprise app gen tools and platforms.
