Job Description
Job Title: Sindihi Language Expert
Job Type: Contractor

Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, edit, and refine Sindihi language data for accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
- Create and review written content, ensuring adherence to linguistic and cultural nuances of Sindihi.
- Collaborate closely with our customer's team to provide expert feedback on language tasks and AI training datasets.
- Contribute insights to enhance Sindihi language models and technology applications.
- Maintain high standards in quality assurance for both written and spoken Sindihi materials.
- Identify language trends, idioms, and evolving usage to inform AI learning processes.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Sindihi, with exceptional command of grammar and style.
- Proven experience in editing and writing high-quality content in Sindihi.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to linguistic accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and care.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative setting.
- Experience working with large volumes of text or language datasets.
- Passion for language innovation and technology-driven projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in linguistics, translation, language teaching, or a related field.
- Experience with AI, NLP, or digital language tools is a plus.
- Understanding of cultural and dialectical variations within Sindihi-speaking communities.
