Key Responsibilities

1. Describe camera actions, framing, and narrative beats with clarity and cinematic accuracy.
2. Analyze and refine AI-generated captions to improve scene representation and narrative flow.
3. Identify shot types, camera movements, and contextual elements within scenes.
4. Ensure all video annotations align with the director's and production's intent.
5. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance AI training datasets for visual storytelling.
6. Provide detailed feedback to technical teams on annotation quality and scene interpretation.
7. Champion high standards in written and verbal communication to foster team alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Proven experience in video producing, directing, or post-production roles.
2. Extensive knowledge of cinematic and camera workflows across various genres.
3. Advanced scene analysis skills with a strong grasp of visual storytelling principles.
4. Exceptional attention to detail when interpreting production intent and annotating scenes.
5. Ability to convey complex visual concepts clearly in both written and verbal forms.
6. Track record of ensuring accuracy and consistency in video metadata.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high standards.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and detail
9. Ability to synthesize feedback while working collaboratively in a remote setting
10. English language proficiency at Native or C2 level
11. Availability to commit at least 30 hours per week for an estimated 2-4 week project duration
