Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust C# applications for AI agent solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize AI model architectures.
- Utilize strong back-end or fullstack capabilities to ensure high-performance and scalable solutions.
- Analyze project requirements and deliver clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Enhance AI training processes by providing expert input and innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, sharing insights and technical updates.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance during AI model training and deployment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in C# programming.
- Over 4 years of professional experience in software development.
- Demonstrated expertise in back-end or fullstack engineering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
- Experience working in remote team environments.
- Track record of delivering complex technical projects efficiently.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively address challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience contributing to AI or machine learning projects.
- Familiarity with training, fine-tuning, or evaluating AI models.
- Exposure to modern cloud platforms or distributed systems.
