Job Summary

Join our team as a Teaching Assistant and play an essential role in supporting student learning and classroom success. You will collaborate closely with teachers to provide individualized and small-group instruction, foster a positive learning environment, and help students master academic concepts, particularly in Physics and the latest in React and React Native. Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with teachers to coordinate instructional activities and discuss student needs for optimal learning outcomes.
2. Organize and prepare classroom materials, lesson plans, exhibits, and educational equipment.
3. Assist and tutor students individually or in small groups, focusing on Physics and coding fundamentals in React/React Native.
4. Supervise students in classrooms, virtual environments, and on digital field trips, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere.
5. Monitor and enforce school rules and guidelines across all remote interactions.
6. Grade assignments and tests, record and track student progress, and provide feedback to teachers and students.
7. Document observations and assessments to support student growth and learning objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Demonstrated experience working with students of school age in an educational or tutoring capacity.
3. Proficiency in Physics, along with hands-on knowledge of React and React Native.
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly convey instructions and provide constructive feedback.
5. Patient, empathetic, and driven to foster an inclusive learning environment.
6. Experience in organizing educational activities and supporting classroom management.
7. Strong collaboration skills; able to maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar remote educational support role.
2. Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology tools.
3. Background in supporting students with diverse or special learning needs.
