Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Healthcare Specialist – AI Trainer and help shape the next generation of healthcare AI. In this pivotal remote role, you'll leverage your healthcare expertise to improve the accuracy and compliance of AI-driven solutions by curating, evaluating, and refining real-world data and medical workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and curate authentic healthcare documents, including patient forms, administrative records, and clinical protocols.
  • Design realistic, context-driven queries that mirror everyday healthcare scenarios for robust AI training.
  • Critically review AI-generated outputs to ensure compliance with healthcare standards, accuracy, and proper use of medical terminology.
  • Deliver clear, actionable feedback to data science teams to continually enhance model performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI solutions with evolving healthcare documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of review processes and insights to support transparency and quality assurance.
  • Champion best practices for data privacy and security in handling confidential patient and institutional information.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in healthcare administration, clinical roles, or health information management.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clarity and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare workflows, processes, and documentation standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to provide constructive, structured feedback in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Awareness of healthcare compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and adaptability to evolving AI tools and platforms.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating with AI, machine learning, or digital health technology projects.
  • Certification in Health Information Management (RHIA, RHIT) or equivalent credentials.
  • Exposure to healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
