You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating large-scale client onboarding, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring client and candidate satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale onboarding processes to ensure seamless client integration and outstanding satisfaction.

• Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients through clear, thoughtful written and verbal communication.

• Analyze and interpret data, providing actionable insights that support client goals and success.

• Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and project progress, ensuring transparency.

• Take deep ownership of client outcomes, employing a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Drive engagement initiatives within our talent pool community, including hosting interactive events.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to align deliverables with evolving client needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine care for clarity and empathy.

• Proven ability in managing and executing large-scale onboarding processes.

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in client-facing environments.

• Proficiency in independent problem-solving within remote work settings.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Human Data/AI training or RLHF operations.

• Experience in client and developer-facing roles within tech or AI sectors.

• Background in remote or distributed team environments.

• Understanding of industry-specific tools for data operations.
