Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, maintain, and refine detailed financial models, including DCF and three-statement models, to drive data-backed decision making.
  2. Support the customer’s team in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to optimize resource allocation and strategic priorities.
  3. Conduct rigorous valuation analyses for potential investments, partnerships, or M&A opportunities.
  4. Perform comprehensive due diligence on targets, analyzing operational, financial, and strategic metrics.
  5. Prepare concise, persuasive presentations and memos for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
  6. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic recommendations.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally to support the implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor results.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Expertise in financial modeling, including building and analyzing DCF and three-statement models.
  2. Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and valuation techniques within a corporate setting.
  3. Demonstrated experience conducting thorough due diligence for deals or investments.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
  5. Proven track record of supporting strategic planning and business development in major organizations.
  6. Outstanding analytical abilities and attention to detail, with comfort working in remote environments.
  7. Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and related analytical tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working at a major corporation, ideally a Fortune 500 company.
  2. MBA or advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  3. Prior exposure to corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting.
