Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a Rehabilitation Counselor and contribute your deep subject matter expertise to the development and enhancement of advanced AI training models. In this unique role, you will leverage your professional experience to ensure our models have a nuanced and accurate understanding of rehabilitation counseling practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and provide expert feedback on rehabilitation counseling scenarios for AI model training purposes.
- Develop and refine written content that accurately reflects the complexities of rehabilitation counseling, from assessment to intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to ensure content authenticity and clinical relevance.
- Analyze and interpret industry-specific cases, ensuring cultural competence and ethical considerations are addressed.
- Ensure all training material aligns with best practices and current regulations in rehabilitation counseling.
- Provide detailed insights into counseling techniques, disability accommodation, and support planning for individuals with diverse needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI models by identifying gaps and proposing solutions grounded in real-world expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Relevant certification or licensure (CRC, LPC, or equivalent).
- Extensive experience as a Rehabilitation Counselor in diverse clinical or community settings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts with clarity and precision.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high-quality, detail-oriented feedback.
- Familiarity with current practices, legal standards, and ethical guidelines in rehabilitation counseling.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools and a strong commitment to remote work discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to educational content, curriculum design, or training materials for professional development.
- Previous involvement in AI, technology projects, or data annotation related to behavioral health or counseling.
- Multilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations.
