Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and refine AI training data informed by psychological best practices in suicide and self-harm care.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure model outputs appropriately reflect complex risk formulations and intervention strategies.
- Provide expert input on risk assessment, monitoring, and ethical decision-making for AI model enhancement.
- Translate nuanced clinical concepts into actionable data points for AI systems.
- Create and review scenario-based content, ensuring accuracy in representing diverse emotional and coping skills contexts.
- Maintain strict adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards in all project activities.
- Contribute written and verbal feedback during regular team discussions to optimize AI model performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have engaged in suicide or self-harm behaviors.
- Proficient in suicide risk formulation, ongoing monitoring, and intervention planning.
- Strong background in psychotherapeutic interventions relevant to crisis and emotional regulation.
- Knowledge of ethical decision-making frameworks within mental health care.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.
