Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, validate, and refine AI training data informed by psychological best practices in suicide and self-harm care.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure model outputs appropriately reflect complex risk formulations and intervention strategies.
  • Provide expert input on risk assessment, monitoring, and ethical decision-making for AI model enhancement.
  • Translate nuanced clinical concepts into actionable data points for AI systems.
  • Create and review scenario-based content, ensuring accuracy in representing diverse emotional and coping skills contexts.
  • Maintain strict adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards in all project activities.
  • Contribute written and verbal feedback during regular team discussions to optimize AI model performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have engaged in suicide or self-harm behaviors.
  • Proficient in suicide risk formulation, ongoing monitoring, and intervention planning.
  • Strong background in psychotherapeutic interventions relevant to crisis and emotional regulation.
  • Knowledge of ethical decision-making frameworks within mental health care.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional team.
