Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Python and machine learning frameworks.
  2. Implement automation strategies to optimize workflows and enhance overall system efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with data engineers and other team members to collect, process, and analyze large datasets.
  4. Build, evaluate, and iterate on predictive models to solve real-world business problems.
  5. Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve the performance of deployed AI systems.
  6. Document technical processes and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and automation.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in Python programming and AI automation techniques.
  2. Strong background in machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment.
  3. Experience working with data engineering pipelines and data processing tools.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey technical information.
  5. Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  6. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  7. Demonstrated passion for learning and adopting new AI technologies.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with cloud platforms and scalable AI services.
  2. Familiarity with MLOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) for machine learning projects.
  3. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
