Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Nonprofit - AI Trainer to empower the next generation of nonprofit operations through innovative AI-driven solutions. As a vital team member, you will leverage your deep sector expertise to create actionable content, frameworks, and resources that drive meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive documents, AI prompts, rubric frameworks, and scenario-based resources tailored to real nonprofit workflows.
  2. Collaborate with program managers, fundraising teams, grant writers, and volunteer coordinators to gather requirements and insights.
  3. Translate sector-specific challenges into clear, actionable training data to optimize AI understanding and outputs.
  4. Draft and review mission-driven proposals, reports, and outreach materials for use in AI model training.
  5. Ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with nonprofit best practices and compliance standards.
  6. Communicate findings and feedback effectively through clear written and verbal channels.
  7. Continuously innovate on training content based on emerging nonprofit trends and AI capabilities.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nonprofit operations, fundraising, program management, or a related field.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and empathy.
  3. Proven ability to create high-quality, mission-aligned documents, proposals, and workflow guides.
  4. Strong analytical skills and comfort translating complex concepts into actionable content.
  5. Familiarity with nonprofit sector compliance, grant management, and reporting processes.
  6. Demonstrated collaboration skills within cross-functional nonprofit teams.
  7. Experience working in a distributed or remote environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in AI, prompt engineering, or similar technical experience applied to nonprofit use cases.
  2. Advanced expertise in grant writing or fundraising strategy development.
  3. Experience building or delivering training resources for nonprofit professionals.
